Is sipnik free?
Yes. Downloading and using the app is free; you only pay for what you buy.
Where can I use it?
At every brand on sipnik. Pick your city in Discover to see places near you and their offers. The list grows every day.
Can I spend my balance at another brand?
No. Each brand has its own wallet, and its balance is valid at that brand’s branches. You see all your wallets on one screen.
Are my card details safe?
Top-ups happen on your bank’s 3D Secure page; sipnik does not keep your card details. You approve purchases with your payment PIN or Face ID.
Is there an Android app?
Coming soon. For now, sipnik is on iPhone.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Account › Delete my account. If a wallet still has a balance, spend it first.
How do I pay at the till?
Tap the QR button in the middle of the app and show the code at the till. Once scanned, the payment comes from your wallet and your stamps and points are added at the same time.
How do stamps and rewards work?
At brands with a stamp card, every eligible purchase adds a stamp. When the card is full your reward is ready; just show your QR at the till.
